Will the Nintendo Wii 2 have a quad-core IBM processor and a Radeon 4800 series graphics card?

(Leaked image of the Nintendo Wii 2. Real or Fake?)
No secret is safe on the web, Datatagg3 from our forums spotted this infortmation.
If this true, it gonna be a great machine that will trump current Gen. yet to me its a stop gap for Nintendo. Meaning it will be the top of the heap for awhile, yet short lived as it will be trumped when MS and Sony bring out their new machines. See the full specs after the break.
